Professor Ralf Gebhard

is a Professor of Anesthesiology and Chief of the Division of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Notably, Dr. Gebhard rushed to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, to carry out tremendous work providing anesthesia care for the injured on the ground. He joined our team in 2013 and has been a Visiting Professor at the University of the West Indies in Kingston.

The COVID-19 pandemic hit Jamaica hard and our trips were on hold. We are now looking ahead to 2023! Please give generously! Dr. Ramgopal Satyanarayana

is an Associate Professor of Urology at the University of Miami and our senior urologist on the team. In addition to his work with "Medics", Dr. Saty teaches and carries out charitable work in his home country, India. He joined our team in 2011.

Dr. Obi Ekwenna

is an Attending Urologist and Transplant Surgeon based in Ohio. Dr. Obi is involved in charitable work in Haiti, West Africa and in underserved communities in the United States. He has been a part of our team since 2011.
